Coco’s Kale (or Collard Greens) Chips

Coco’s Kale (or Collard Greens) Chips

Ingredients

  • One bunch of kale (or collard greens...really this works for Collards!)
  • 1-2 tsp olive oil (enough to coat but not saturate the greens)
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 310˚ F
  2. Wash, then tear the greens into 1-2 inch size pieces
  3. Add the torn greens to a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil
  4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper
  5. Spread out a single layer of green on a cookie sheet liined with parchment paper
  6. Cook for 10 minute increment until greens are crisp. Usually a total of 30 minutes
  7. Toss or move the chips around after each 10 minute increment
  8. Once done, add to a bowl and serve

Notes

I rarely have any left over but if I do, I store them in an uncovered bowl.
