Need a Break? Take a Breath
Obviously, we breathe to stay alive but we can also take intentional breaths to help pause and regroup. I often get caught up in the busy-ness of daily life – going from one thing to the next.
Recently I started doing an easy three breath technique when I need to ground myself and get ready for the next “thing.” I’ve used this before taking a client call, beginning a work meeting or when I’m just feeling overwhelmed by all the “to-do’s.” It leaves me feeling relaxed and grounded….ready to take on the next.
